Crystal Center Display
HMI Solution for Crystal Center Display from Continental AG
Continental and Swarovski Mobile are bringing a new sense of luxury to the automobile: the crystal center display, fully integrated into the crystal, opens up entirely new possibilities in the design of luxury interiors for premium vehicles thanks to its frameless and translucent appearance. The project developed an automotive HMI design for the screen to fit the overall screen style and provide a premium user experience.
Background
Mirco LED
Continental´s Iconic MicroLED Display is the world's first diamondshaped driver information display. The HMI solution for this screen is based on an AI assistant that can alert the driver to changes in speed.
Task and needs analysis
The project is based on a Micro LED screen (an existing in-vehicle AI assistant screen) and aims to design a crystal-style in-vehicle screen and create an HMI solution for it.
